Non-Resident Passes are available to applicants whose primary residence is outside of New Hanover County, Brunswick County and Pender County and who live at a non-resident address more than six months out of the calendar year.
The Single category entitles only the pass-holder to use the facilities.
The Family category entitles the pass-holder, one adult co-habitant, and the unmarried children of each who are under the age of 23 who reside with the pass-holder and are still in school on a full-time basis or are serving in the armed forces on a full-time basis, to use the facilities.
